KB Governance
The structure is the easy part. This page is what stops the KB from rotting.
Rule 1 — Every domain has one owner
| Domain | Owner |
|---|---|
| 01 Company & Strategy | Marketing Lead (Anton) |
| 02 Brand Guidelines | Brand Strategist / Creative Leader |
| 03 Products & Catalogue | Marketplace Ops lead |
| 04 Channels & Marketplaces | Channel Specialists (Firyal / Irfan) |
| 05 Playbooks & SOPs | Marketing Lead |
| 06 Campaigns | Marketing Manager (Abib) + Lead |
| 07 Performance & Data | Marketing Lead (future: Data role) |
| 08 Team & People | Marketing Lead |
The owner is not the only writer — they are the person accountable that the domain is current and trustworthy.
Rule 2 — Single source of truth
If a fact lives in two places, one of them is wrong within a month. Each fact has one home. Everything else links to it. Pricing lives in 03; a campaign brief links to it, never re-states it.
Rule 3 — Review cadence
- Weekly: 06 Campaigns (active briefs, calendar) + 07 dashboards.
- Monthly: 04 Channels (algorithm/fee/promo changes), 03 Catalogue.
- Quarterly: 01 Strategy, 02 Brand, 08 Team — reviewed alongside the existing quarterly evaluation cycle.
Rule 4 — Definition of “done” for a note
A note is publishable when it has: a title, correct tags, an owner, and either real content or an explicit #status/draft. No orphan pages.
Rule 5 — App vs KB boundary
Before creating a note, ask: is this operational data that belongs in the Marketing HQ app? If yes, put it there and (optionally) link it here. See App_Schema_Reference.
