Standards & Conventions — Roles & Operations

The acceptance spec for every role artifact + the index of reusable templates. Author each node against its _STD_* template, then check it against the rules here before ticking the build tracker in _Roles_MOC. Architecture + node model → _Roles_System_Charter; methodology → Metodologi_SOP_dan_KPI.

Language. Team-facing artifact bodies (JD, Breakdown, SOP, Worksheet, Scorecard, Hub) are Bahasa Indonesia. Builder-facing meta (this file, the charter, Plan/Progress) is English. Run stop-slop-id on Bahasa prose before publishing a team deliverable.

Tag rules (see Tagging_Convention)

  • Exactly one #type/ per node (the bucket view).
  • Role node: one #role/. Shared node: #scope/general (no #role/), used by ≥2 roles.
  • Domain tags (#brand/ #channel/ #funnel/) as applicable.

Linking rules (settled in _Roles_System_Charter §4)

  • An SOP links every Tool, Knowledge node, Worksheet, and Template it uses.
  • A Role Hub links JD, Task Breakdown, all SOPs, Worksheet, Scorecard, Templates, and used shared nodes.
  • Shared knowledge is linked, never copied. If ≥2 roles use it, it’s General (domain 01–08 / 10).
  • Every task line in a breakdown maps 1:1 to an SOP.

SOP home (settled in KB_Coverage_and_Gaps §4)

  • Role-specific operational SOP → 09/<role>/SOPs/.
  • Cross-role playbook → 05_Playbooks_SOPs/.
  • Both #type/sop → one unified “all SOPs” view.

Pre-publish checklist (per artifact)

  • Frontmatter complete; exactly one #type/; role/scope correct.
  • All wikilinks resolve (or are intentional, tracked forward-refs).
  • No duplicated shared knowledge (linked, not restated).
  • Open/pending items flagged inline, not invented (see Plan → Parked).
  • stop-slop-id run on Bahasa prose.
  • Build tracker in _Roles_MOC updated.
